I'm Vanessa! I'm an artist, animator, and producer from Houston, Texas. I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) with a BFA in Film/Animation/Video and live in Los Angeles, California.

In my work, I've explored narrative storytelling without dialogue and have a particular fondness for animating silly little creatures. I currently work as a video editor and try to have a hand in as many of my friends' creative projects as possible.

I'm a member of Artists Against the Apocalypse (AAA) — an artists' collective dedicated to fostering collaborative making. I co-created our short film, "Welcome to StarMart," which was selected for the Ottawa International Film Festival in 2026!

In my spare time, you can often find me crafting fiber arts or salsa dancing 💃
